The timeline for the awards process is as follows:

SEPTEMBER 12th – SEPTEMBER 30th:
September 12 - Entries Open: All main contacts at SIMA member companies
emailed a personal password to access the online entry site.

SEPTEMBER 30th – Entry Deadline: Site will be closed on
this date and no longer accepting entries, no exceptions.

OCTOBER 14th:
Entry fees due. Entry fees not paid by this date will
result in the entry being removed from the voting ballot.

OCTOBER 14th - 28th:
Nominating Panel Voting

NOVEMBER 14th:
SIMA Image Awards Nominees announced

NOVEMBER 14th - DECEMBER 16th:
Final Voting

FEBRUARY 9th 2012:
SIMA Image Awards Ceremony
